Warm-up

Another busy one today, with not many blip opportunities. I got loads done and saw the physio regarding my back. There were contorted positions and some alarming popping sounds coming from my back. It all seems sorted, but tomorrow morning will be the acid test.

It's turning into a pretty cold evening so it's the central haeting today - the woodburner will take too long to heat up.
