3 course meal
Jo2011 is back tonight. As I had some time I thought I would cook a three course meal.
The plan:
Roasted butternut squash soup.
Sticky pork and cranberry with mash n veg.
Chocolate tart
So far so good
The the result
Butternut squash baby food
Too much sticky pork
Too full to eat desert
Mental note remember portion control.
It was lush though.
