My Ice Cream of choice...

... for when I'm not on a diet! Out for a wander in Edinburgh today and came across a sign for Hamilton's own Equis Ice cream - as soon as my diet is over (and it's a bit warmer outside) I think I'll be having ice cream for lunch!
