A Boozy Teapot

Decided that since our high tea lunch had been booked weeks ago (before I'd decided to go back on the diet - 5lbs this week) that I had to go and just hope that it didn't affect my weight lose regime too much! Our 'Original Teatime Martini' was served in this teapot! Was actually pretty tasty, although that could be because all I could taste was the fruit and not the alcohol! The 'finger sandwiches' were uninspired so I didn't feel too bad not eating them - and while the cakes were tiny (and I have a major sweet tooth) they were nothing amazing - but the cocktail made up for it!

So this weekend I managed to do 2 of the 3 car related tasks I had in mind to do - must do the 3rd before Friday - guess I should check my tyre pressure too.... oh - and book my MOT as the reminder came in - what an exciting life I lead!!!
