Seed pods

Enjoyed (I think!) body pump this morning and then back to quiz questions. Think we are nearly there.

These are some penstemon seed pods from the garden. Lots of signs of life with the milder weather. Some surprises too - californian poppies are still going strong despite being completely frosted a few days ago.
