Stew for tea

On a cold, damp miserable morning like this, there is nothing like knowing that there will be a big pot of beef stew for tea. I start mine in the morning then put it in the oven on the lowest setting. There it will stay until tea time, when I usually serve it over a slice of crusty bread. No need for anything else - its already packed full of veggies- just the bread to mop up the juices. Yum yum! Don't like wishing my life away but sometimes tea time can't come quickly enough!!
