well, we're all nutters for being up a hill at 3200m + at 7am in the morning, but this guy takes the biscuit...

It turns out that the French take their summer skiing very seriously - I don't think I've ever felt like one of the worst skiers on the hill... I also felt like one of the least prepared for a morning on the slopes after a slightly optimistic analysis of the likely temperature...

So I've done it, though it may well be joining the list of skiing firsts and lasts

The daft thing is, the one time I did try monoboarding, it was at Les 2 Alpes... so this is almost a "what could have been" self-portrait!!
