Beggar in White

I've seen this guy in Prescot last year, never occurred to me to blip him.
I did wonder this morning how long he would stand with his thumb stuck out as if he was a hitchhiker..

I thought there is/was a law about begging; but it seems not or the local council are ignoring it.

Warmer and dry here today thank goodness after yesterday's rain.

Happy 'Burn's' night to all those North of the Border.
