We have been having a lot of trouble at bedtime getting Amelie to go down in her own bed. She shared my bed when we were up in Scotland, and as we usually do this when we are up there I didn't expect any problems to arise because of it. But now at bedtime she kicks up a huge fuss (including throwing all her books, one by one at the closed door) screaming that she wants ''Mummy's bed!'' Oh dear... Tonight we thought that she had settled down more quickly than usual and were pleased (especially when we have been back almost a week) but when we went in to check her we found her in her little ready bed that hadn't been deflated since we put it up to show my parents it! Agh! And the past couple of nights its been the same, going to sleep there instead of her own bed. And waking up earlier than usual to come through to our bed. We are off to Wales at the weekend and will be taking the bed with us. But as soon as we are back, thats it! Its going away and she will sleep in her own bed whether she likes it or not... Fingers crossed its just a phase and not a complete regression.
