A blooming 'farewell'

Twelve years ago I moved in to my old country cottage. The garden was bare and I planted a few yucca plants dreaming of a 'mediterranean' corner. Today I paid my last visit to the garden as my cottage will have new owners very soon. My yuccas were in full bloom - unheard of for a January to date . How lovely it was to say farewell to my realised dreams.
