Dream Catcher

These are the feathers that hang at the bottom of Amy's dream catcher, which she made at school. By the way, a dream catcher, if you're not familiar, is a hoop with a web light pattern strung inside, with feathers hanging from the bottom. Nightmares pass through the holes and out of the window and the good dreams are trapped in the web, and then slide down the feathers to the sleeping person. Amy loves it and always checks it before she goes to sleep!

Now as a mother I know you're supposed to like everything your child brings home from school, but honestly I don't always! However this is genuinely beautiful. She has chosen wonderful colours and taken a lot of care in making it.
