Elderflower Tart

So, seeing as I am a culinary god - well, 'god' might be a tiny overstatement - I decided to whip up a batch of tartlets from my trusty Great British Bake Off book.
However, as usual, I made a few errors; the pastry was either too thin, over baked or broken. Still, it got my mum's seal of approval. I'll just have to perfect my skills (and my presentation of course!).
