Haggis, neeps and tatties

Today was a perfect illustration of the fact that you should have your camera with you at all times ! I went to lunch and suddenly found my blip opportunity staring me in the face ! Since we are a British company, they were preparing haggis, neeps and tatties to mark Burns Night in the canteen. So I had to dash all the way back to my desk to pick up my camera. This is not quite the image I was after, but it does show the dish to good effect, even though it was presented in a rather 'nouvelle' fashion.
