Decorating Day!

I have this week off work, hence the decorating blitz! Car still not fixed so had to take it back to the garage for them to continue so cycled home.

On the way I spotted this water tank and kind of liked it.

Decorated the day away and then went training with the Tri Club. Ran 5km then swam about 2km, did my arms hurt, well everything hurt really!
