Stand still

Emergency blip but which really does sum up the day-a lot of which was spent in the car at a stand still.

In many ways it was a productive day -doing my voluntary job as chair of a newly formed residents panel for a local housing association and trying to do a major pr job on some slightly sceptical tenants! Then down to Bristol for some training for said role but at least managed to fit in a cup of tea with eldest son who happened to be living close by the venue.

But being out at 9am and back at 10pm is not a day I want to have regularly. Running to stand still??
