Old House

Sunday we discovered that our car had a dead battery, so Monday I spent what seemed like a good part of the day waiting for Triple AAA, and taking the car to the mechanics. Because I was without a car all afternoon, I ended up walking to the post office (it's really not that far, I should do it more often) to mail out my sold Etsy items. Anyway, on the way home, I noticed the interesting paint job on the shingles of this old house. I also like the notched details in the siding. I love old houses and I love it when I see that people are taking care of them.
