Marist. One College. One Community. One Family.

Today was a very sad day on the Marist campus. At 11:15 there was a memorial service in the McCann Center for the 3 students that were lost over the weekend in a house fire.

This is the line I waited in this morning in order to enter the memorial service. There were over one thousand people in attendance. This is a huge number considering that Marist has under 4,000 undergrads.

It was amazing to see so many people come out to mourn fellow students that they had never even met before. Marist calls itself a family and today it was proven.
