Boarding the Golden Bird

It was an early start to get to the airport and then the long flight to UK. Quite an antiquated movie system on the flight so no real movies to watch to pass the time, but the food was pretty good. Lots of crying babies which is to be expected and finally arrived feeling tired and grumpy, which is to be expected. The biometrics was off line so British passport holders were through in a sec (husband) and other passport holders (me) spent nearly two hours in the queue! Then the traffic and finally we reached the hotel. So the camera stayed packed away with no inclination to take it out.

But today's a new day so let's see what it has to offer.
