Happy Australia Day!

We are all in training to be as relaxed and horizontal as possible. That's all I did today: relaxed and maintained horizontal position. This included fish & chips picked up on the way back from the beach. Our neighbour claims that any nondescript fish is shark. Well, something I can add to my list of exotic foods. It went down well, especially that it was accompanied by a bottle of sparkling shiraz from the above mentioned neighbour.

The beach was busy today. It is the traditional place for celebrations. Usually we see families and couples, today lots of unusual creations (a bunker or something similar, protecting from the sun, made out of tarpaulin and chipboard), a sofa and lots of young ones playing either cricket or loud rhythmic music. What happened to the Beach Boys?
