Zest

What a fun day today!

I used to work with Tracey (mum of Pepper) back at Kraft and similar to me, she took voluntary redundancy and is in the midst of launching her own business.

And I so admire her - she took the spark of an idea and has completely and utterly run with it and is showing such a vibrancy and zest for what she's doing it's captivating.

After searching and searching for a feminine briefcase she eventually found the ideal product - from an American company. She did some consumer research and found, as she herself had experienced, that there was nothing in the UK that hit the spot for women. So she put herself on a plane, went to see them and asked to be their exclusive distributor in the UK. And they said yes!

So we had lots of fun today as we surrounded her with oodles of gorgeous briefcases and had a giggle as we recalled that the last time we had worked together would have been in an office, over a desk discussing various Supply Chain/Customer Service issues!

I don't think either of us regret leaving the Corporate world!
