I don't call this sport...

I have no problem with fishing when you take the fish home and eat it. But catching a living creature using a barbed hook which embeds itself into the flesh just seems wrong. And then to do it in an oversized pond where the fish are just *there* with little options for escape? That's not sport.
However, on a day like today when the mist hangs over the water and mutes colours already dulled by winter, it's not hard on the eyes, is it?
