Day two of the Coaching for Excellence course...

More recorded coaching conversations to be had, soul searching about present ways of working vs what to do as a result of the course.

Good days but not looking forward to the backlog of stuff to do.

These are the toys they leave on the table for the sessions and encourage you to play with them while the session is in progress... something about stimulus of different senses allows you to concentrate and retain more.

I am now unable to listen without a koosh ball in my hand.
