Ornamental Kale Revisited

I'm sure no-one remembers my posting a pic of some ornamental Kale back HERE but here they are again - the same ones :)

I was wondering why they were still alive and kicking after all this time and then I looked at the bottom of the stems - they've very kindly rooted.

I'm wondering now if I should cut the stems back and pop them back in water to get them rooted again - then plant them up. Who knows what they'll do but it might be worth a go with at least one of them.....
