Cutting all the fat off to get to the meat was disgusting though. Mike offered to do it but i am super fussy with fat on meat so wanted to do it myself so i knew it was how I wanted it! I'm not so bothered about the calories, I just hate the texture and it puts ne right off my meal if i feel some in my mouth while eating. Gross!
