Happy Birthday, Sis!

It is my sister's birthday tomorrow. She and her husband visited us today. I baked this extremely chocolatey cake for her, then sandwiched it together with chocolate fudge icing, topped it with mascapone and chocolate ganache before decorating it with maltesers and a dusting of green & black's cocoa.
