Day 3 on site and conditions were good enough to get the crane up the hill, then the snow started, and got heavier, and heavier, but we got the job done. Once we were finished the visability was down to less than 10m and the ground was frozen solid. £2m of crane had to be abandoned at the top of the hill. Poor crane.
