Bones and Roses

Enjoyed the David Bailey programme on TV last night. Was fasinated by his skulls and flowers still lifes.
'Flowers are about life and beauty. Skulls about death. Skulls are the ultimate sculptures-nature sculptures'-DB. I was interested that he used dead flowers for his work.
-Have always appreciated the beauty of skulls myself. Anyway this photo made me realise that i need to read my camera instructions, so that I can get better at close-ups.
