a last tribute

the sandcastles. i shot them quickly before i left berlin.

the morning was spent bringing danny to the airport. luckily he got home ok and relatively smoothly. airlines can be a pain sometimes, though.

the trains, on the other hand, are nice. the german government gave me a rail pass, which means i can take any train i want. thus, guilt-free ICE trips. the trains are so nice, i have to double-check that i really am in second class.
