Pomegranate

If there is an elegant way of eating a pomegranate, I haven't found it! But I love them anyway. This one was particularly red and luscious. Happy memories of feasting on some on a blazing hot day in Portugal, not minding if some of the seeds landed on the dusty ground. There were plenty more.
