Pillar and post

It's been yet another 'pillar to post' sort of a day.

With quite a lot of 'two-ing and fro-ing'.

And a fair amount of going 'backwards and forwards' (with a mile in the pool).

There's generally been quite a lot of running rings around myself.

And people running rings around me.


Note to self - I must make an effort to photograph my beautiful children next week.

If they stay still long enough.
