Friday: Katagelophobia

Day two of my course..........

When I asked the facilitator if I could blip this, she very kindly drew me her trademark self-portrait picture.

Katagelophobia - not, as someone suggested, a fear of catalogues but the fear of being exposed as a fraud.

To avoid this, and be at the top of your game, you need to pay attention to the things in this list, so promise you will do that and look after yourselves?

Sometimes, on a dull day (ahem), I think it is possible to be a blip katagelophobe!
