Bird

this is in a marshy lake, not too far from my place. what bird is this? is it a kind of Heron? wish I could have done a better background on this.

really hungry now. the choice is between a Turkish restaurant in the town or good old Indian chicken biryani
hmmm...will decide on the way. I believe we should have at least one great lunch in a week - when we don't have to worry about calories and all that crap.
I remember one of my friends used to say "eat healthy, live healthy, die anyway...what the heck!!!

Update after lunch:
went for the Turkish place. It turned out to be the right choice. Very good lunch. Had Sarma Beyti kabab for the entree and a Turkish version of chocolate pudding for dessert.
