It's a long story

There is a long story as to why this not very good photo is my blip for Thursday, I had a 14 hr working day much of it in a hurry on the road, so I had planned to take a photo or 2 on the way home and thought I would try something clever with the car headlights and spooky trees in the dark. So, I found a suitable layby/picnic area surrounded by trees and pulled in, while taking stock of the possibilities I realised there were 3 cars parked up,all with rather steamy windows and so thought it may not be wise for a woman of a certain age, with a respectable job,to be found loitering and taking photos in said car park and therefore made a prompt escape. All that I had for that day was this shot of a monument in Elgin which looked quite good to the naked eye, hanging in the dark.
