Love Cake

I had to be quick with this snap - Mr A grabbed a bite out of the corner and I had to take a pop at a shot before he ate any more of it!

This is one of my "regular" bakes - Love Cake. A sponge traybake with less sugar than a normal sponge but with added ground almonds, almond essence plus cranberries (that give the impression of filling the cake with little love hearts). Anyway, it always seems to disappear pretty quickly!
