Oh boy!

I just took my first exam for about 30 years! Food Safety Level 2!!! As 'catering organiser' for the 15th ICCCR2012 I felt I should tick that box!
What I didn't realise is that it would take 2 hours to get to Harrogate during the rush hour and over 3 to get back (there was very localised heavy snow our side of the pennines and complete chaos!) This - when I am supposedly ill and taking it easy! And I have them all (ICCCR committee) coming here for an all day meeting tomorrow.
Why oh why did I say yes?????
