So far from home

This is the view that I see every night from my bedroom window. I come from a country town in Australia, so when I see city-living like this, it's a reminder of just how far away from home I am. Some nights when I can't sleep, I lie in bed staring out the window and thinking of home. Then other nights, I am just so happy to be here, I can't wipe the smile off my face.
