Chocolate cake

I gather that yesterday was National Chocolate Cake Day somewhere in the world. In honour of this I made ....... A chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling and topping. Very rich but very yummy. Will probably last us all week though as a small slice is definately all you need.
Now, what is today the National day of??? Knowing my luck something nutty - I don't like nuts I'm afraid.
