Ghost tram

A great blip walk from Manchester City Centre to Salford Quays gave me far too many options to choose from - 609 photos in all! I spent some time watching three engineers trying to fix a problem with the new bridge from Media City to the Imperial War Museum. They were trying to swing it out of the way to allow a ship through but the bridge seemed broken. But the photos weren't great. They can be seen here.

Much of the walk followed the Bridgewater Canal, along side which is the turquoise viaduct carrying the Metrolink Tram. This blip shows one of the trams, hurtling along, looking ghostly.
