Galanthus x

Been meaning to blip the gorgeous snowdrops in our garden for a few weeks now, but the light has been too poor. Not sure what variety these are as they were a gift from a friend's garden. They are much bigger than your average snowdrop and burst into life and bloom earlier than the tinier more fragile cousins. Today we had a good stretch of sunshine which nudged us out into the garden to do the annual spring clear up, getting rid of all the dead soggy brown stuff. It feels like spring even tho it's bloomin cold.
