One 'shell' of a supper!!
Today was my first attempt at cooking langoustines.
I felt awful about it. They were just sat watching me.
After 2 phone calls to my Dad for cooking tips, I decided to shell them first and cook them in butter, garlic and lemon juice.
They were beautiful.
If they didn't taste so good I think I would still be feeling guilty!
James also cooked a gorgeous roast chicken but I thought the langoustine made a better picture.
