Gym motivation quote of the week

I actually like this one a lot. Last week I noticed one of the trainers putting up a quote from the Dalai Lama and mentioned that it was Muhammed Ali's birthday and it would be appropriate if we could have some of his words of wisdom as motivation. And, voila, one appeared :)
