Man Made Mountain

Well maybe just a hill......but I am not exactly sure what the excavation going on here is all about. It is only about a mile down the road from me - afraid it might be a strip mall. Right now it just looks like a big mud puddle on the other side but I could not resist the clouds today.

Maybe better bigger.....
