Burns Supper Club - Masterchef

Those (long suffering) of you who read anysome of my blips might remember that I took photos of an Edinburgh 'supper club' back in early November.

Well tonight was the supper that I sang for as Aoife and her chef friend Ross (above) cooked us up an alternate Burns supper storm. The rest of the photos from the evening start here

The chef was on Masterchef this week and apparently got a minor toasting. Which is a shame really as his food tonight was delicious. Especially his slow cooked lamb (14 hours in a water bath at a constant temperature) and his take on cranachan with goats curd and sweet coulis.
