In the next instalment of the popular game old Willy Withers has to combat the mean matron from Vice City Nursing Home on his quest to reaching 100 years old.

Along the way he will wreck havoc by hijacking mobility scooters and run errands for his gang of nephews in exchange for high quality Werther's Originals.
