South-Easterly

A cold south-easterly with us today and likely to be for much of this week. This is Up Helly A week with the main event taking place on Tuesday and for the first time in 32 years I'll miss the procession as I'm inEdinburgh.

This blip is of Hoswick Bay and across the water the differing colours of houses does not seem to worry planning which is good. Lerwick could do with a bit more colour in the buildings.
