Swan shot

A swan gliding with a purpose on the Basingstoke Canal in St John's near Woking. Not my picture today, but one of Gill's taken when she was walking the dogs. I'm still glued to my desk, drafting and re-drafting. Writing a book is one thing but redrafting - that's the hardest of all. I should get out in the garden or something but the weather is uninviting. No, I'll stay with my screen and watch another grey day come and go from the window.
