It's nice to be appreciated

We have some very nice neighbours, Gordon & Debbie, a few weeks ago they had a problem and they weren't here, so we sorted it out for them. Today Debbie came with a beautful orchid plant, don't know the name of it, but I'm sure my sister will tell me.

Its nice that people appreciate you, the world would be a better place if people just said thank you and please instead of being grumpy. Life's too short!!

Did my spinning today, only 2 of us in the class today so Kelvin worked us extra hard. Not doing the marathon on Saturday, not allowed, have not done any training, so your safe Sarah!
