Over the last while I have spoken to people who have wildly different points of view.

Even people with similar lives and similar issues can approach the world in a completely different way.

The strongest people are those who soldier on but recognise the need to hold out their hand and ask for help.

May their glass be always be topped up and their strength see them through.
