Theatre Royal

I have been to Newcastle twice today. Unfortunately I haven't had Freddie today as he is poorly yet again with another sickness bug from the Nursery grrrr!
I went to town on the bus & the nice driver told me I could use the ticket all day to go anywhere I wanted, little did I know how much I would need it! Mooched around the shops then got on the bus & asked hubby if he would pick me up from the bus stop. Merrily eating my grapes & banana on the bus because I had missed lunch I thought 'hang on this bus is not going where I thought it was'! As we were speeding along the motorway I got a fit of the giggles when I rang my hubby who was waiting for me. He wasn't terribly understanding when I ended 6 miles from our home & he had to chase the bus!!! At first he told me to use my 'special ticket' & bus home but in the end he told me to get off the bl**dy bus anywhere & he would come & get me! Home, changed then on the bus again to Newcastle (with my special ticket) to meet some friends for supper. A lovely day despite my blonde moment!
This is Newcastle's Theatre Royal which has just recently been renovated, I am looking forward to going in April with MrsUnremarkable.
