Chinese New Year

Last night we went to a friends for dinner. His partner is Malaysian Chinese and he invited us to celebrate Chinese new year. Kean cooked 10 different dishes, all of which were amazing. The prawn toast and raw spring rolls in rice paper were delicious. So we asked Steve whether he was prepared to lend Kean out for occasional weekends. We finished the evening by lighting chinese lanterns watching them float up into the clear sky. A truly lovely evening.
